1. 商品和价格
商品名称、颜色、尺寸、数量和价格以提交订单时显示的内容为准。
2. Order Acceptance and Payment
只有在成功付款或得到客户服务部明确确认后，订单才会被接受。仅凭订单号并不意味着已收到付款。
3. 订单数量确认
每笔订单最多可购买 10 件商品。客户服务团队会在付款或接受订单前审核提交的订单详情。
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders shipped from China to the United States use standard international shipping at a flat rate of US$29 per order. Orders are normally processed in 2-5 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 7-15 business days. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, or incomplete address information may extend delivery time.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Contact Client Services before mailing a return. Approved products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, resalable, and returned by mail to the instructed address in China with their original tags and packaging. Customers arrange and pay for change-of-mind return shipping. WeftKind covers reasonable return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
