1. Products and Prices
Product names, colors, sizes, quantities, and prices are those shown when the order is submitted.
2. Order Acceptance and Payment
An order is accepted only after successful payment or express confirmation by Client Services. An order number alone does not mean payment has been collected.
3. Order Quantity Confirmation
A maximum of 10 items may be purchased per order. Client Services will review submitted order details before payment or acceptance.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Product prices are fixed. United States shipping costs US$30 per item (2 items: US$60), with 1 business day for handling and 4-6 business days in transit, normally 5-7 business days in total. Other destinations require manual shipping confirmation before payment.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Contact Client Services before mailing a return. Approved products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, resalable, and returned by mail to the instructed address in China with their original tags and packaging. Customers arrange and pay for change-of-mind return shipping. WeftKind covers reasonable return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
