We make reasonable efforts to present materials, colors, sizes, and prices accurately. Prices and promotions may change; an order is accepted only after confirmation.
3. Orders and Payment
Review products, quantities, shipping information, and the amount due before ordering. Enabled payment providers process payments through their secure systems.
4. Shipping, Returns, and After-Sales Service
Product prices are fixed. United States shipping costs US$30 per item (2 items: US$60), with 1 business day for handling and 4-6 business days in transit, normally 5-7 business days in total. Other destinations require manual shipping confirmation before payment. Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer's responsibility; WeftKind covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
